Job Vacancy: Farmstrong Scotland Programme Coordinator

If you are super organised and have excellent time management, you could be just the person for this role. We are looking for someone with a keenness to help develop new systems to efficiently run and deliver Farmstrong Scotland.

  • 3 days per week (4 days would be considered)

  • Employed or Self-Employed

  • Flexible Working

  • Inital Two Year Contract

  • Home-working or Office-based (Edinburgh) considered

What does this role include?


Provide administrative support to the Farmstrong Board (including taking meeting minutes and collating papers for Board meetings).


Provide support and personal assistance services to the Programme Director including co-ordination of meetings, travel and other administrative tasks as required.


Collates information and reports related to operational activity including fundraising and expenditure tracking.


Works with the PR and Communications team to support and manage content, such as social media including moderating and responding to content posted on Farmstrong social media.


Coordinates event logistics, where required, such as booking event space, hotel rooms and catering.


Coordinates ordering and despatch of merchandise and collateral.


Maintains project planning templates, loads event activity to Farmstrong website and responds to enquires via the website.


Maintains a filing system of Farmstrong content and documents.


Maintains and keeps up to date the Farmstrong CRM system/database.


Provides admin support to other Farmstrong team members, supporters, partners and events on an as required basis.
